AJM-EWT is distributing the AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separators, deigned for use in water treatment and industrial wastewater applications.
The AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separator is available in capacities from one to 100KL per hour and is designed to remove all free oil from contaminated streams. This can help users comply with the most stringent discharge requirements, AJM-EWT says.
According to AJM-EWT, the AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separator features a unique two-stage plate pack, which ensures high performance at all times. The first stage is designed to remove gross slugs of oil, while the secondary polishing stage removes any remaining droplets.
These plate packs are fabricated from a flat stainless steel sheet, configured to maximise oil droplet bonding. They are constructed so they will not warp or corrode.
AJM-EWT says the AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separators are designed with an internal oil tank which removes the need for external drums or other containers to collect the removed oil. The unit can also treat neat oil flows for short periods to act as spill protection device.
The AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separator also comes with several drainage points to facilitate cleaning and solids removal as well as a pre-screening facility to prevent any possibility of plate pack blockages.
According to AJM-EWT, the AJM EnviroSEP oil-water separator can be applied in power stations and substations, tank farms, petroleum terminals and refineries, refuelling bays and mine sites.
