AMS Instrumentation & Calibration is now distributing the Epsilon Flowmeter from EMCO, offering five holes and a flow conditioner.
According to AMS Instrumentation & Calibration, the Epsilon Flowmeter combines a traditional single-hole orifice plate with a flow conditioner. This means that straight pipe run upstream from the flowmeter can be reduced from 20 times inner pipe diameter to five times inner pipe diameter.
The Epsilon Flowmeter measures the flow of most liquids and gases within the process industries, including chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other applications in the power industry.
The Epsilon is especially designed for installations with limited space due to the flow conditioning effect created by the five-hole design.
